Store Policies 

TURN AROUND TIME: All custom orders require four/five weeks turn around time depending on current work load. RUSH ORDERS (desired completion dates under four weeks) are accepted upon lead designer’s discretion. Start of four weeks begins after NON REFUNDABLE deposit is paid.

DEPOSITS: 50% of order total. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. (once fabric is cut into it is no longer returnable to the store). 

MEASUREMENTS: Measurements are taken after deposit is paid. Can be taken by us or sent it.

FITTINGS: After deposit is paid a draft of your order will be completed for a fitting. If you are located in Cincinnati, OH fittings are highly recommended.  25% of your order total is due at your first fitting.  Any changes made during fitting are subjected to additional costs. Due to timing and workload not all changes will be accepted.

FINAL FITTING/PICKUP

25% of order total is due. Order must be picked up within two weeks of completion or it will be RESOLD without a REFUND.

If your event date changes or is cancelled: you are still obligated to pay and pick up your custom item at the agreed price and date/time (unless a new agreement is made with the designer before hand).

ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NON RETURNABLE AND NON EXCHANGEABLE.

BY PAYING THE NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT YOU ARE AGREEING TO ACCEPT  ALL OF THESE TERMS.

LEAD DESIGNER IS ALLOWED TO STOP PRODUCTION DURING ANYTIME DUE TO NON COMPLIANCE OF ABOVE TERMS.

*Not satisfied with your custom design?: Please talk with the designer for other options, we do not want you to leave our establishment unsatisfied however we do understand their can be differences of visions between creator and clients. 

Charm necklaces: 

Returnable up to 7 days after purchase/delivery. 

Charms may be added/exchanged (fee my apply).
